I see the increasingly dull Mr Gibbs has returned to the matter of the birth certificate.
This time, he's embraced SCOTUS as he believes Minor v Happersett assists his case that there is a US distinction in law between "citizens" and "natural born citizens".
Dearie me. What ever happened to SCOTUS only gives opinions that are sometimes interesting, but never binding?
Leaving aside his change of tack, Doug's not displaying much of his 170 IQ here.

Look, brainiac! SCOTUS did not define "natural born". They didn't because that was not the issue. The issue was whether a woman was entitled under the constitution to have the franchise - to vote.
So, would one of the US Con law/English common law legal geniuses show me where in Minor v Happersett "natural born citizen" is defined?
