Burn It All Down

WASHINGTON – The House Republican budget would leave up to 44 million more low-income people uninsured as the federal government cuts states' Medicaid funding by about one-third over the next 10 years, nonpartisan groups said in a report issued Tuesday.

The analysis by the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Urban Institute concluded that Medicaid's role as the nation's safety net health care program would be "significantly compromised ... with no obvious alternative to take its place," if the GOP budget is adopted.

Americans voted for these loons.. so, it only makes sense that the poor will become not only worse off, but receive no health care. When you're an advocate for social Darwinism, you really don't give a shit.

It's kind of weird that the Loon Brigade is proud of this sort of thing, considering a lot of them have benefited from government programs. Doug Gibbs own son is alive because of Medicaid. Maybe it would be better if he just died because he obviously wasn't contributing to society.

The real problem is that wealthy people depend on poor people for what amounts to basic slave labor. Our house-keeper was here today cleaning our house and doing our laundry and such. We don't notice what she gets paid for a months worth of service. I think it's about as much as I make in a day or something like that. Maybe 2.

Once all the safety nets are cut, the prices for services that we get cheap now will go up simply due to the lack of labor supply. It's pretty strange the Republicans don't get that.

Assuming you have the most cynical view possible about society - which the Loon Brigade does, you still have to feed and care for your slaves. Every society has known that. I happen to be a bleeding heart Liberal that believes that it's okay to tax me to pay for cancer treatment for somebody else that can't afford it, or to help feed kids that would otherwise go hungry. But even if you don't give a fuck about your fellow citizen, at least be aware that wealth is relative and your lifestyle depends on everyone else.
