Working for a contractor to the federal government means you have to do a lot of "training" courses every year.. ethics and compliance and so on. It's basically the same thing over and over, with different pictures of models.
What irritates me is that manager at MegaCorp (I get a new manager basically yearly) sends me multiple emails with increasing persistence as the deadline approaches letting me know that I haven't completed the training yet. The stupid fuckers don't know what deadlines are. In this case, the deadline is July 1. If the deadline was June 1, I would click through the slides by June 1.. but it's not.. it's fucking July 1, and these dickheads send emails anyway.
The stupid fuckers should just tell us the deadline is June 1 if it is, in fact, July 1.. that way I'd get it done by June 1 and they wouldn't have to piss me off with stupid emails.
