I've been seeing much usage of "I myself" lately. I want to punch them when I read it. I don't care if it's grammatically correct or not. It's redundant and silly.
Not finger pointing (I wouldn't actually punch someone for that.. I don't think). It's just that I have seen quite a lot of it lately, and it's one of those things that irritate me.
Also.. "irregardless" is not the proper spelling of "regardless".
And, "a lot" is two words.
It is, however, permissible to do things that are not grammatically correct when used as a particular style... for effect.
