Could have "reconstructed" a lot of bridges and roads in the US with that money.. or kept some teachers and police employed.. or provide some health care.
The running joke from the lefties is that the government could have just loaded it all into helicopters and dropped it over cities, thus basically eliminating the current economic issues we have in the US now.
Nah.. we had to kill many thousands of people in Iraq instead.
