Not Quite Marathon Man

So I ran a 5k today. I haven't done that in about 20 years I guess. I smoked off and on for quite a while before quitting about 4 years ago.. and I decided to start back at the gym a couple months ago.

I'm not sure if I want to end up looking like Brad Pitt in Snatch.
