Doug Gibbs, reacting to the unusual level of rain in the NE.

The question is, will the people of the area act like the people of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and stand with their hands out in hopes for a federal salvation plan? Or will they act like the folks along the Mississippi Coast after Katrina, and act in a responsible manner as they take individual actions to repair the damage, and rebuild their communities?

Would be amusing to see Doug head to New Orleans and tell the people there that they were irresponsible slackers.

It's hard for me to fathom how disturbed a whack-a-loon has to be to actually think that the people of New Orleans were just waiting (and dying) for somebody to give them something.

He is singularly the most despicable human being I know.
