Remember, the federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court, represents the federal government. The law is a state law. Therefore, the highest the case should have gotten is the State Supreme Court.

That is yet another reason why Doug is the dumbest person on the planet. He doesn't understand the very basic concept of federalism, and our system of government. Just because he wishes it to be the way he claims doesn't mean that is how is is, or how it should be.

It's a very basic thing. "Speech" issues are clearly detailed in the US Constitution, and any state laws affecting it fall within the jurisdiction of the federal courts simply because it's a US Constitutional issue..

That he doesn't understand that is beyond remarkable. It's why he is a fringe freak, and singularly the dumbest person on the planet.
