On a side note if you havent checked the Windows 7 thread on TDA recently I've thought of a potential fix to your BSOD problem you might want to check out.
It's an EVGA N-Force board.
I think the problem is solved just turning off sleep mode, but I'll check and see if there's an update for that bios.. just in case.
