Idiot. Of course March was slow. It is historically slow in the industry. I said that construction is up now (which is May - perhaps you are too stupid to recognize the month on the calendar).
There are some reasons for the pick up, partly that builders, knowing how long it takes to finish products, are starting the trenching portion now so that they can finish them by the end of the year. The fascinating part is that the single family homes are selling before they even begin building them. As for my tiny little sliver of the world, I operate in California, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona - yep, such a small sliver - you, Tom, are a moron. By the way, I am talking about the trenching portion picking up in May, the remainder of the construction will pick up in the following months. But you know that, since you are in the industry, right? Oh, wait, that's right, you are an expert on my industry because you are a computer geek somewhere in Texas - and you claim to know what you are talking about in this? You proved you don't by pulling up a March blurb when I was talking about May.
I didn't "pull up a March blurb", I relied on available statistics.. including those from the fed. Then I linked to them so anybody could have a look to fact check.
You pulled your assertions out of your ass, as you are wont to do.
Tell you what.. I'll book mark this and when the fed gets the stats for May, we'll take another look.
And yes, I'm a geek "somewhere in Texas", and John is a real-estate broker in Texas, specializing in REO properties. Given your "expertise" in this, you know what that means.
I didn't even ask him about it either.. I actually looked up the statistics... and you call me a "moron" because I didn't simply make it up out of whole cloth?
How many times do I have to prove your factual claims wrong before you think twice about making them in the first place.. and do some fucking research first?
