Is the hypocrisy..

I don't give a fuck if David Vitter likes to wear diapers and get spanked by a hooker. I really don't. I don't think it has anything to do with his job. He's shitty in his job for policy reasons.. not for sexual reasons.. and I don't think it should be illegal. Him saying one thing and doing another makes him a hypocrite and an asshole.

I don't give a fuck if Larry Craig wanted to blow some guy in a men's room. It has nothing to do with his job. I think it's easier to blow guys in other less public ways, if that's your thing.. but him saying one thing and doing another makes him a hypocrite and an asshole.

I don't give a fuck if Elliot Spitzer hired a very expensive hooker. It has nothing to do with his job.. and it's probably easier for guys with money to hire somebody than it is to do all the bullshit work that hot women expect before they fuck somebody. Him prosecuting people for doing the exact thing makes him a hypocrite and an asshole.

What pisses me off is that taxpayer money is used to "investigate" these "crimes". They even used wiretaps and all that to catch Spitzer. What a fucking waste of money and time.. If I were a cop.. I'd be embarrassed to be doing that instead of catching actual criminals. It's stupid to criminalize a business transaction between 2 consenting adults, that affects none of us.. Fuck those moralizing hypocrites.. assholes..

A person would have to be insane to go into politics in America.. or hold any sort of high-profile job. The truth is.. people fuck up.. everyone fucks up at one point or another. It's inevitable. It's far better to be less judgemental so when your time comes for the fuckup, you won't be a hypocrit and an asshole.. and maybe people will see your fuckup for what it is, let it go, and move on.

Maybe I'll live in the Netherlands..
