Quote of the Day

Oh, man. What a great day. I fucking live for the day when every asshole out there bilking gullible Christians out of their hard-earned dough -- from the Nazi pope on down -- is told the same damn thing: Get a fucking job, you parasite.
Americablog has more info on Ted "it was just a massage, I swear" Haggard attempting to solicit "donations" on a fundi mailing list in order to help him "minister" in a half-way house, by filtering the donations through a defunked non-profit.

See.. Ted has Prayed teh* Gay Away. Praise Jebus he is cured of the evil homo inside him! <--- that was a pun

The truth of the matter is that religion is a sham, and they are simply stealing from guiliable people. Every last one of these fuckers are doing it.. and it's so hysterical to see them forced to get a real god damn job like the rest of us.

* For Rick - I did that intentionally

fact is, there are individuals that make bad decisions. Individuals claiming they have repented and are of Christ and then making poor decisions does not make Christianity a lie you moron. Besides, as I stated in my response to your crap on my site, you accusing Christians of being immoral is like a murderer accusing a boxer of being violent. Please.

I loved this choice bit from over in the Loon-o-Sphere

about the poor handling of New Orleans after Katrina by the Democratic leadership (for the last 60 years) when in Mississippi which was hit head on by Katrina (under Republican leadership) rebuilt and isn't whining and crying that mama federal govt.

Wait. Poor handling of policy is grounds for a demand to step down?

Wow. Doug must agree that Bush should be impeached then? He admits he bungled Iraq and the border....

I dont' give a shit about ad hominem attacks.. I just wish shit-for-brains (see what I did there? LOL) would substantiate his arguments.

He's just not very articulate, and you can see him struggle with it when you read. It goes back to that "Doug is a shitty writer" argument I make from time to time.

But hey.. I really found the perfect foil. It's great.

God So Loved The World - yes, it means everyone, and to accept Christ all one needs to do is turn away from his sin (repent). . . That doesn't mean the person will be sinless, but constant, habitual sin without the guilt and need to turn away is hardly someone that turned away from Christ. Perhaps Haggard wasn't the good Christian he claimed to be. I don't know. That's between him and God. Bible does indicate that a Christian will be known by his fruit.

I wonder why Haggard's "sin" is between him and God.. but two people of the same sex who want to get married are not between them and God?

And since you are a Bible literalist, I'm sure you believe that non-Christians will be denied entry into heaven, right?
