Scooter's gonna be fine. The chimp-in-chief will toss him a pardon, but he'll likely do about a year before then. But hey.. maybe not. The Decider might just decide to pardon him now because there's nothign to lose. It's really not possible for chimpy's ratings to get any lower.

But the really juicey part is now.. Scooter doesn't have anything to lose really for not ratting out all those other fuckers. Except for that one thing.. the pardon.

Okay.. so I think what we'll likely see is that the chimp's minions will let Scooter know that he'll get a pardon in 2 years if he keeps his mouth shut. If he says anything, they'll just let him rot in prison.

Meanwhile.. it'll be fun to see reporters asking chimpy if he's going to pardon Scooter at every opportunity.

/edit just read that it's possible that Scooter could stay out of prison until the end of chimpy's term and just in time for a pardon by using various appeals and such.
