Jim Webb's response to the SotU was quite good.. but good lord, who let him wear a button down collar? I don't expect him to have good fashion sense.. but he better employ somebody who does.
Joe Lieberman calls us traitors. He'd make a great President, eh?

He pauses way to long in some places, and too little in others. He doesn't sound like he's giving a speech, more like an informational seminar. He pauses like we should be taking notes.
Other than that, it's not a bad speech point for point.
And to point out a factual incongruity in the linked blog...
In the same appearance, Lieberman also looked straight into the camera and said that the U.S. was "attacked on 9/11 by the same enemy that we’re fighting in Iraq today" -- a claim so transparently false that even the President long ago abandoned it.
Wrong. He uses present tense, which says he is talking about the now. Al'Queda wasn't there when we started, but they are there now. Therefore, Lieberman is correct.
Other than that, however, I find the act of calling anyone disagreeing(sp?) with anything quite abhorent, and perhaps my view of Lieberman has taken a turn for the worst. We'll have to see.
