YaY for smart judges

One little victory...

SAN FRANCISCO -- A federal judge declared the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools unconstitutional Wednesday, a decision that could potentially put the divisive issue back before the U.S. Supreme Court.

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton ruled that the pledge's reference to one nation "under God" violates school children's right to be "free from a coercive requirement to affirm God."
So why not take out the words "under God"? Then, everyone would recite a pledge to our nation irrespective of religion. We all know religion doesn't have anything to do with patriotism or this idea of nationalism anyway, right?
