Reading a ton on the situation in the South. It's horrible.

People ask simple questions. There are a few thousand at the superdome. People are dying left and right, there is no help, no food, no water. It's been 5 fucking days since the storm, and the government cannot just load up helicopters and just drop a shitload of water and food right on the spot? I'm talking 20 helicopters, or 30, or whatever.

This is the United Fucking States of America for god's sake and our government can't do that one simple thing?

Remember the video of George Bush reading My Pet Goat after being told "America is under attack" after the 2nd plane hit the WTC? Remember that paralyzed and confused look on his face?

I have a feeling that chimpy is losing it. I listened to his speech yesterday, which he was reading off a piece of paper that somebody else wrote. He sounded confused.

George Bush was never really pushed by the right wing and elected because of his qualities. He was offered up because of his family and because he might actually get elected. He is not a man like John Kennedy, or Bill Clinton who can take command and lead. He's a fraud, and he knows it, and it shows.
