So you invade Iraq? That's not where the terrorists live, that's where they are vacationing now.
Expect a whole lot more of Chimpy trotting out 9/11 as if that has anything to do with Iraq. Expect parades and all that sort of nonsense.
One thing to keep in mind. Chimpy avoided Vietnam through his connections. Vice President Dick Cheney got 5, count 'em, 5 draft deferments from Vietnam. Did Paul Wolfowitz go? Did Douglas Feith? Hmmmm... I'm sensing a trend here...

"It's like Vietnam all over again, and I opposed that too," said George Muller of Salt Lake, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel who was dressed in desert fatigues.It's getting worse and worse for team banana, isn't it?
Muller, who said he served from 1961-2002, said he was pleased to see so many people at the rally, and that he believed there was a shift in the country's attitude toward the war.
"That's what it's going to take veterans groups, veterans and mothers who have lost kids speaking out," Muller said.
Still, the Democrats fielded two Vietnam war veterans in the last 2 Presidential elections, yet the Chimpster "won" anyway. Could it be that religious nutbaggery again? I find it all strange.

I was amused by your arguments with Mr Ox rant so I thought I'd take a look. I like your style.
I'm really not sure how it happened, but I seem to have chosen him as the right winger (lol) to argue with. He's almost prototypical of today's right wing zealot.
I find it both amusing and absurd at the same time. Almost like a car accident that you have to slow down to look at. My problem is that I drive around the block to get another look.
ha ha I've been doing the same thing with rightwingsparkle and the scrutinator for two years! (links on my blog) I think it is quite constructive. Mr Ox rant called me "terrorist lover" on freerepublic on 7/7. I've never had so many hits in one day. I linked to him straight away once we got a row out of the way. he's OK really.
