CNN Rules!

Holy cow I have to re-post this here, because I just shot diet coke out of my nose when I read/saw it.

The original topic was the rampant "speculation" that the SC nominee would be Clement. The question is, who started the speculation, and why, and why won't the reporters who reported the speculation grow fuggin spine and reveal the sources that lied to them?

But our favorite moment of the day came at 4:02 p.m., when CNN got desperate. In a special report, one CNN reporter wondered whether Bush would use this nomination as a chance to leave behind a legacy. "After all, a second-term president isn't thinking about reelection," the reporter said. "He's thinking about his legacy. Naming the first Hispanic justice would make history."

And with that, we kid you not, CNN cut to this:

All we can say is that CNN is lucky most people with half a brain turned off the SupremeStakes countdown once they knew Bush's announcement was only a few hours away. But for those who kept watching?

Well, it looks like they've had their suspicions confirmed that yes, all Hispanic people are in fact members of a Mariachi band.
Wow, that's just hysterical. Go CNN!

It's official.. I've got a cold.. ugh..
