Verbrennen Sie die Bücher!

Scumbag

This is rich..

Republican Alabama lawmaker Gerald Allen says homosexuality is an unacceptable lifestyle. As CBS News Correspondent Mark Strassmann reports, under his bill, public school libraries could no longer buy new copies of plays or books by gay authors, or about gay characters.
But wait.. there's more..

"I don't look at it as censorship," says State Representative Gerald Allen. "I look at it as protecting the hearts and souls and minds of our children."
Unless you're a gay child, in which case - they want to do what with them? I suspect they would just as soon kill the child. <- not kidding

Books by any gay author would have to go: Tennessee Williams, Truman Capote and Gore Vidal. Alice Walker's novel "The Color Purple" has lesbian characters.

Allen originally wanted to ban even some Shakespeare. After criticism, he narrowed his bill to exempt the classics, although he still can't define what a classic is. Also exempted now Alabama's public and college libraries.
Holy cow.. I'm at a loss..

But in book after book, Allen reads what he calls the "homosexual agenda," and he's alarmed.
He's alarmed? Uh... This is your Republican party. This is the people that make up that party. They are indeed fascists. It simply is not a stretch to compare them to Hitler's Nazi party. The similarities are endless.

But what is the "homosexual agenda"? It is to be treated the same as anybody else - no more, no less.

You know.. maybe the Roman's had it right.. Nice kitty...

** update **

Remember what I said about these homo-hating Christian freak old white men? I just knew that's what he would look like. Yet another frustrated white guy that never gets laid.

But - he pissed off the fags.. and when fags get pissed, they have a way of finding out every single little dirty thing you've ever done in your entire life, and shove it down your throat.

Expect to hear more about that asshole..
