WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Elizabeth Cheney, the daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney , will become the second-ranking U.S. diplomat for the Middle East, the State Department said on Monday.Naturally... it's not the lesbian Cheney daughter, but the family values one.. But.. I'm SURE she's qualified.. oh ya.. after an exhaustive search across the United States, the best candidate for the job is Cheney's daughter.. uh huh..
