I had a rather large bit of work go into some live hospital environments this week. It's a live-beta, I think 2 hospitals have it installed now. It also includes some software (GUI type, we do back-end) developed by another group.
One is reporting problems with getting code type information from an external package using APIs. I need to see exactly how it is that package is requesting the information. The are prohibitions against sending "personally identifiable information" in the agency email, so they can't show me what I need to see to be able to form an opinion on the problem.
... so I'll go back to playing video games.
