John just came across that one, and I looked at his monitor and had the correct answer in about 5 seconds. I'm smart or something.. lol
Anyway... I know some of you are more interested in puzzles than political and economic theory.. sooo... see how long it takes you.

Steve has finally not been able to solve a puzzle properly. I will not approve his comment pending any other input.
And since I was able to discern this puzzle correctly, we can finally put to rest who is smarter.

I've seen this type before, and after making sure the numbers were all correct I spotted the double the, about 5 seconds.
Perhaps it would have been easier if there was a green wiggly line under part of the question. :P
