Amazing that straight men have no idea of the other 60% of sex available to them when the little woman just isn't in the mood...if they only knew, there would be an uprising...literally. :-)
stephen fry is being an arse. Obviously, straight women don't go crusing for anonymous sex on hampstead heath because they do not want to risk pregnancy (or worse) from some random assed nutbar.
Because of the dynamic between men and women, together with the risk of STDs or pregnancy, it's a rare woman indeed that would risk getting beaten up or knocked up by a stranger for sex.
Different kettle of fish, Stephen. He got criticised by srtaight women on twitter and is currently having a sulk - because some women had the temerity to tell he he doen't know what he's talking about.
Oh yes, gay sex is miles better - but that is only part of the issue. It's frankly arrogant and insulting for a fricking whoopsie to tell a straight woman what she does or does not like.

Ya.. I just thought the quote was funny, but you're right.. his conclusion that women don't like sex is off. Mostly, it's a perception issue. Women tend to not want to be viewed as "sluts", even if Paris Hilton is trying to change that.
Women will be just as slutty as gay guys.. they just try to be more discreet about it.
