I'm not sure "evil" is the word I would use. "Stupid as fuck" is more along the lines of how I view Doug.

What a sad view of humanity. At least he's honest about it.

But, of course, since there's that "stupid as fuck" component to his argument, it goes without saying that he'd rather fuck the 99% of the people who are doing their best, but eating cat food while living in a park, then see 1% abuse the system.

Evil? No.. stupid fucking scumbag? Yes.
