You just had to know that it was only a matter of time before the Loon Brigade started thinking that Jesus is about to land on planet Earth "any time now" because of the recent spat of earth quakes.
Of course, Doug thinks he can be the voice of reason from a "biblical perspective". It just might be that all the Virtuous Christian Warriors for Jesus are about to get sucked up into heaven, whilst the rest of us heathens are surely punished for our skepticism.. but Doug isn't so sure it's actually going to happen this week.
The funniest thing, of course, is that these nutjobs are convinced it's going to happen at all. I occasionally have to remind myself that I'm arguing with very crazy people. Too often I give them the benefit of doubt on their sanity.

I know what you mean. I work with a couple of closed mind neanderthals and whenever we have a discussion about anything I amuse myself by remembering that I'm engaged in a battle of wits with unarmed men.
