It's probably not possible to decriminalize all drugs here, but certainly marijuana is do-able.
I smoked a bunch before I was became legal to drink. A joint was easier to get than a beer. It's been a really long time since I've smoked one, but I remember I didn't really like the effect. I wouldn't mind trying it again, but I'm subject to random drug tests.. although.. realistically.. it doesn't happen. I've only had one drug test, and that was for my security clearance.
In any case.. the benefits of decriminalization vastly outweigh any potential down sides.

On my teevee, they are showing the new Jeep Grand Cherokee.. it looks like an SUV, not a Jeep.
Why... back in my day.. Jeep's were Jeep's.. and they were really cool.
