WASHINGTON – David Kellermann, the acting chief financial officer of money-losing mortgage giant Freddie Mac was found dead at his home Wednesday morning in what police said was an apparent suicide.
Mary Ann Jennings, director of public information for the Fairfax County, Va., Police Department, said Kellermann was found dead in his suburban Virginia home. The police would not say if a suicide note was found.
But he waited long enough to get an $850,000 bonus last month... because, you know, nobody else would be willing to run the company into the ground for working class wages.
/update
The talking head on MSNBC just said.. and I'm rewinding and watching again to make sure I get this exactly right..
Well, this is a real tragedy, and it is even made.. even more so.. because he was the CFO for Freddie Mac.
Yes, that's right.. it's so much more tragic because he was a very highly paid executive in a company which has helped wipe out the retirements of millions of people.
Every single day I am exposed to the dumbest people on the planet that gain every advantage they simply do not deserve.
