KHARTOUM (Reuters) – Senior Muslim clerics have urged Sudanese youngsters to boycott Valentine's Day, saying it is a Western institution that could lead couples astray.
Members of the Sudan Ulema Authority, an influential body of religious leaders, called on young men and women to ignore the event on February 14 and resist the temptation to mark it by taking romantic strolls in parks.
"Valentine's Day comes from Western countries. I call on Muslims not to imitate Christians," said preacher Sheikh Hassan Hamid in a statement released to Reuters Wednesday.

John and I don't do Valentine's Day either.. because it's a stupid emo trash holiday.. because most women are stupid emo.. (ohhhh I made a sexist remark).
Being gay is better than being straight.. because you don't have to deal with somebody else who might as well be a creature from a parallel universe.
Think about it straight guys.. Who would you rather hang out with.. your wife/girlfriend, or your buddies? If you answer the wife/girlfriend, you're an emo fuck too, and are probably gay anyway.

Oh... and just in case I don't say it enough for the Loon Brigade.. Islam is a fucked up evil institution that would destroy humanity... you know.. pretty much exactly like Christianity.

We dont celebrate valentines day anyway. Her birthday is a few days before and the holiday itself is just something developed by retailers to fill the sales gap between christmas and easter.
