"Did you, at any point, pray?" CBS' Katie Couric asked.
Dumb fuck question to the captain of the plane that ditched in the Hudson a few weeks ago.
You know.. he was trying to get the plane on the fucking ground as safely as possible you stupid twit.. and there's no time to be pleading to the imaginary friend in the sky.. who is not going to fucking save you anyway..
It's weird.. but when a plane goes down and hundreds are killed, it's not God's fault all those people are dead. Apparently it was "His will" or some stupid shit like that..
.. but if somebody narrowly survives.. well.. that had to be God lending a hand!
I swear to Gorak, people are so stupid.. especially the media whores..
At least the captain had sense enough to say;
"I would imagine somebody in back was taking care of that for me while I was flying the airplane,"
...
And you know what really pisses me off.. is that Couric would even ask such a stupid fucking question in the first place. "Did you pray"? Fuck you with this "prayer" bullshit in every harrowing event that happens.
God does NOT put you in that position.. and God does NOT get you out of it.. and all that the sort of questions that Couric asks does is perpetuate the myth that there should be some praying going on.
Fuck that..

I heard one news commentator say that God had his hand under the plane and he laid it gently down. Uh huh.
Well, naturally if God puts his hand under the plane and lays it gently down, it's only natural that if the plane crashes, then he also threw it into the ground. But that's not what the loonies think. It's all in "God's plan". In my opinion, it's a bad plan and he should get a new one and quick.
