Your Guess..

Is as good as theirs;

“House price increases largely reflect strong economic fundamentals, including robust growth in jobs and incomes, low mortgage rates, steady rates of household formation, and factors that limit the expansion of housing supply in some areas.”
– Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, Oct. 20, 2005

I think it's worth noting that the business leaders in America are not much different than anybody else, other than they get paid many millions of dollars. I could do the job just as effectively... if not more so. Obviously nobody would give me the job.

The point of capitalism is not to run a strong and healthy business. The point is to be in the position to make a lot of money from the system. Sometimes there are people who innovate and create new products that meet some sort of demand. Everything around those products is designed to make money - that's all.. nothing else.

The vast majority is designed simply to grab the cash, and absolve one's self when the shit hits the fan. Once you're filthy rich, you can just walk away.

Japan's system is a bit different.. in that when leaders fuck up very badly, they sometimes kill themselves for it.

In America.. they build a summer home.
