George Bush is one of those people you know who are constantly engaging in some sort of inappropriate behavior.. like giving Angela Merkle (German Chancellor) a rub down after a state meeting.. He's a complete retard who has been told his entire life that he's special.. well, ya.. he's "special", just not in the way he thinks he is.
I don't mind people who have behavioral problems.. but when they are absolutely convinced that they are superior to everyone else, that shit-eating grin is a perfect sign of it, then they transform into the most annoying fuckers on the planet.
