I'm watching Dr. Richard Carmona, former Surgeon General for the Bush administration, being interviewed by Teh Beard on CNN. He's simply blasting the fuck out of the Bush administration. It's a long litany of horrors.

Here's a typical one he's talking about with Blizter..

For example, he said he wasn't allowed to make a speech at the Special Olympics because it was viewed as benefiting a political opponent. However, he said was asked to speak at events designed to benefit Republican lawmakers.

The reason the loons wouldn't allow the Surgeon General of the United States to appear at a fucking Special Olympics event? The Kennedy family is heavily involved with the organization.

What the fuck?

How vile.. how absolutely scum-bag vile, do you have to be to prevent the "Nation's Physician" from appearing at a Special Olympics? The Surgeon General is NOT supposed to be a political position. But fuck, those assholes are playing politics with every thing and everybody. Is it any wonder the Attorney General (another non-political position) has so incredibly fucked up the Justice Department?

By the way.. the Physician that the Bushies have nominated to replace him thinks that you can pray away the gay. Thank Gorak we're getting close to the end of the right wing scumbag influence in this nation.
