Anyway.. from the "Christian News Wire";
Ante Pavkovic, Kathy Pavkovic, and Kristen Sugar were all arrested in the chambers of the United States Senate as that chamber was violated by a false Hindu god. The Senate was opened with a Hindu prayer placing the false god of Hinduism on a level playing field with the One True God, Jesus Christ. This would never have been allowed by our Founding Fathers.I seriously doubt the "founders" would think any "prayer" at all is appropriate. Certainly they would not stand "on the Gospel of Jesus Christ" because, as we all know, the most influential were Deists, and denied the divinity of Christ.
"Not one Senator had the backbone to stand as our Founding Fathers stood. They stood on the Gospel of Jesus Christ! There were three in the audience with the courage to stand and proclaim, 'Thou shalt have no other gods before me.' They were immediately removed from the chambers, arrested, and are in jail now. God bless those who stand for Jesus as we know that He stands for them" - Rev. Flip Benham, Director, Operation Save America/Operation Rescue.
Fucking liars.

The most influencial were protestants, and the deists supported their right to practice their religions freely. Besides, you don't think deists pray?

Can you read?
And no, deists don't pray because deists beleive that God created the universe than then left. Therefore, praying would be a waste of time.
I know you won't read it, but I'll link it anyway...

Interesting tidbit: as the Hindu was praying in another room two doors down a hearing was in progress against (I can't remember his name now) the dude that had put out the report stating that medically being homosexual was a dangerous activity, and he was in the hearing because he's Christian and they felt his findings were influenced by his faith. So, in a since, while a Hindu was praying, a Christian was under fire for having an opinion that may have been influenced by his faith. Something's wrong here.

You are exactly right. No religion should be allowed in government.
