So lets see.. The right wing has given us a suspension of habeas rights.. secret Eastern European prisons where they torture, and warrentless wiretapping of American citizens.. and on and on. But instead, Doug insists that it is the liberals that are "Orwellian".
Notice I bolded the word "choice" in Doug's rant. I found that nearly as hysterical as the time he accused liberals of "treason" for claiming the Iraq war is lost in the exact same post that he himself claimed the Iraq war is lost.

I love when people reference "Secret CIA Prisons in Eastern Europe." Like, if everyone and their dog knows about them, can we stop calling them secret? Or do we keep calling them secret because we don't really know they exist? /shrug. I honestly havn't paid much attention to that particular part of the arguement. It really doesn't matter and really is the responsibility of both parties unless you claim the CIA built all of them during the Bush Administration.

They aren't American "built" in any case, but there has been no evidence of the US government using foriegn facilities to detain and torture anyone prior to this administration.
