Other's have made the point, and I should probably as well.. that the horror of the Virginia Tech killings is an average day in Baghdad. Imagine if every single day, 30+ people were gunned down in your city, and the police were stretched so thin they don't even investigate it, and the bodies lay outside the morgue to be identified by relatives because they don't have enough space.
