I was listening a bit to Howard Stern today. He had Chris Rock on and it was quite a fun and funny interview. Anyway, Arti was talking about the odd way people behave when they owe you money. He said that when he was unknown and had little money, he borrowed from a relative and felt an overwhelming urge to pay them back as quickly as possible and constantly call and let them know how it was going.
I think along similar lines. I've been fortunate to not have to borrow money very often, but I never really have a problem lending mine out. There were a couple of people I lent money to when I moved to Dallas, one took 2 years to pay me back, the other still owes me a balance. It became my job to follow up and find out what was going on, as if they thought they didn't need to pay me back unless I made an issue of it. I run into the one that still owes me every so often, and it's never mentioned. I did a bad debt writeoff for that loan.
I just don't understand that. I've also loaned people money, and noticed that they would buy themselves things before paying me back. I found that highly odd and wonder what goes through a person's mind when they do that. If I owe somebody money, I stop doing the "fun" stuff, like going out partying (or buying crafting mats). Virtually every moment I'd be trying to get (*cough*farm*cough*) money to pay them back, and I'd frequently let them know how it's going and when I think I can pay them back.
If I have to ask the person who borrowed from me where my money is, I feel like a total tool. I really hate it... but that's just me.

Damnit tom....
there's something wrong in my head that just wont let me write a coherent thought... it's very strange...
Anyway, long story short, I tried to reply to this one. The story is basically, yup I agree with everything you say.
Stupid brain.
Steve.
PS: I've decided to include my super word at the end of all my replies....

That probably didn't make as much sense to ya'll at it did to me.
Basically, I tried the same thing on the Wrapping up post, typed for about 5 mins and then just closed the window cause it was jibberish.
Then again on the forums, I was layin into Auto at the end there, right before you posted /sniff. Anyway, yeah that didn't work out either.
Then I come here trying to respond to this post and it was shit too...
Anyway, hopefully my brain will switch back on for the next post that I feel the need to respond to.

I've been on newegg for ages.. nearly done though. I'm copying lots of your stuff.. but looking at cases now. That one I linked before is actually a full tower, 40 pounds empty and way to much for what I want..
I really like the lian li cases, but it seems you want one more flashy, so I can't really help there.
Like you posted in the forums, just make sure that 8800 is gonna fit in there. :)

Man, talk about a nut case. He's a good guy, and a good player, but argueing with him feels like the two old people in the nursing home who are talking to eachother for hours about 2 different things, but neither of them knows it...
I just want to hit things.
That, and I just watched Casino Royale, and I feel dumber having done so.
Not to change the subject, but, did ya hear the new Rush song?? Tell me what you think of it. I haven't decided yet. I need to hear it a couple of times before I do, but it's very traditional Rush.
