I've had a terrible time with sinus congestion the last week. I went and bought some decongestant today. I had previously bought some of the crap that you spray up your nose, but I noticed that if your sinuses are closed, it's impossible to get air moving through there in order to get the med where it counts. So, I bought some decongestant in pill form. The packages come in small quantities up to large quantities. If you buy the large one to gain an economy of scale, isn't that kind of admitting defeat and that you're doomed to get sick again? I refuse and bought the smallest size.

If you use the Zinc spray...forget its name...when you first feel symptoms, it works wonders. It shortens my colds by 4-5 days I'd guess.
