Condonlences go out to the Ford family. As we all know, I hate this whole fucked up dying bullshit, and wish people would just stop doing it...
That said.. Ford pardoned Nixon and various other criminals for his crimes. That set the precedent for the Iran/Contra pardons. It made being a government criminal just peachy. It also enabled many of those same Republican fuckers to do serious damage to our nation over the last 6 years.
Think Bush is going to pardon Scooter Libby? Heh
