So, I had chink for lunch again today.. which I do pretty often on Friday's.. and the fortune cookie turned out to be a statement cookie, but I actually like this one a lot..

According to Scott Adams, people who think of themselves as lucky seem to have more good fortune than those that don't. It's sort of the effect of positive thinking, and I believe he's absolutely right.

I've always thought of myself as being really lucky.. it shows in just about everything. Even in Warcraft, I've been lucky as fuck.. :)

But this whole "chosen" thing is a new twist. Everyone wants to think they are somehow different then everybody else. That's what makes movies like Star Wars, and The Matrix work. I wonder if believing one is "chosen" would have the same effect as considering oneself lucky? Maybe...
