In regard to this bit you wrote;

I don't think it's a hatred for the United States, but those that you seem to think are so angry and hate filled simply have more sympathy for the dead then you do.

Most people like yourself come off as P-town queens that are "above" all the riff-raff of actually pulling the trigger, or taking the bullet. Your horror over torture abuses seems disingenuous. But most of all, many are so angry because you were not astute enough to recognize the coming horror when it mattered, and it was obvious to political novices. To many on the left, you are complicit in the unnecessary deaths of thousands of people - a horror of unimaginable scope. Your being so sensitive to the very heated criticism is so much alligator tears, and your contrition now is blood under the bridge.

If your entire family was killed as a result of what you consider to be complete lies, would you be hate filled? That's how those lefties think of it - because somebody elses family was killed, their deep sense of empathy transfers that natural anger onto themselves. You just lack that empathy, unless it's something that you can identify with, such as HIV or same-sex marriage issues.

By the way.. where are you vacationing this year?
