Would you hire someone that is already dependent on the state for their housing and welfare and don't need to work for their livelihood, and when you do hire them and find out they're lazy sacks of shit and don't work if they show up and you decide to fire them you still have to pay them for 23 MONTHS?

There's nothing racist about objectively noticing that certain characteristics occur at a higher rate in certain cultures than others

Where the cost of firing somebody who is not working out becomes prohibitive, employers (who want to stay in business) become very skittish about hiring somebody who does not fit a profile of being a good worker
