Remember that shriveled up hag that defeated the Marine Corp Major in the Ohio election? It seems she's a little pissed at the lefty so-called "bloggers" that made the race tough for her.

When "Mean Jean" Schmidt gets to Washington, what will her first piece of legislation be? According to Whistleblower Research Bureau Chief Fearless Ferrett, word is sheÂ’s already busy working on her Bloggers Reform Act of 2006, thatÂ’ll require hosts to be personally criminally liable for all the lies published on their blogsites.

Consequently the lefties are making sure we let everyone know our sites are "journals of public opinion". Which of course makes me an opinion/editorial writer, and exempt from all that nonsense.

Still, it's nice that Schmidt's first priority is to attack the first amendment, eh?
