Think Progress has a post about how nearly a half million dollars of tax payer money is being spent to educate kids about sex. You know - since parents can't ever mention the S word to kids, and since we don't want kids learning about it on their own, we have to have our public schools do it.
And lets not tell them the truth. After all, we live in a bat-shit crazy Christian repressed fucked up nation now, where the truth is evil because it contradicts the WORD OF GOD!
Good god... read this shit..
Ohio has spent $455,000 in taxpayer money to teach abstinence-until-marriage-only sex ed to students in middle school and high school. Dr. Scott Frank, a leading public health researcher at Case Western Reserve University decided to check out exactly what the kids were learning. Here’s the sex-ed information a half-million dollars bought for Ohio teens:Nothing like government sponsored lying to kids, eh?
HIV can be transmitted through “tears and open-mouth kissing.”
Contraceptives are to blame for mental health problems in teens.
Taking the pill will increase a girl’s future chances of infertility.
Students should just “follow God’s plan for purity.”
Keeping kids in the dark or filling their heads with misinformation about contraception doesn’t keep hormonally charged teens from having sex. It just makes it less likely they’ll have safe sex.
They should just say "if you have sex, you will explode and your parents will die. Don't make baby Jebus cry. Sex is bad.. "

Tom, I think you just found a new job in the state of Ohio. You could travel around to every school and give your three sentence presentation, and get paid $455,000!
