My friend John's cocker spaniel, Sunni, passed on to dog heaven today. John took Sunni from a puppy mill four and a half years ago and spoiled her rotten.
It's hard to imagine there was ever a sweeter or happier dog..

I am sitting here in tears after reading your post on Sunni and playing the song.
That is by far one of the sweetest things you have ever done for me.......you amaze me......and I love you for it! Sunni loves you for it too!
I lost one of my dogs last July. He was a sweet boy. John, I'm very sorry for your loss.

I picked her up at the pet cemetary funeral home today. I had her cremated and put in a pewter urn. It's weird, but it feels good to bring her home. One of my other cockers, Zoe, is sooo depressed, and has been looking for her.
