Haven't decided what to make of it yet. I think I would rather have had the Repub's try the nuclear option, then defeat it. Still, this retains the filibuster and keeps a number of the right wing nominees off the bench. It also keeps a filibuster option for whacked out Supreme Court Justice nominees..
The thing that struck me the most.. is how bad that rug is on the senator..
