A bit of good news brought to us today courtesy of the Democratic Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich.
CHICAGO - Gov. Rod Blagojevich approved an emergency rule Friday requiring pharmacies to fill birth control prescriptions quickly after a Chicago pharmacist refused to fill an order because of moral opposition to the drug. Not only that, but they are seeking penalties from drug stores that refuse to dispense the medications legally prescribed.
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has also filed a formal complaint against the Chicago Osco pharmacy for the Feb. 23 incident. That will give the pharmacies motivation to fire the bat-shit-crazy pharmacists. It's also nice to see judges laying the smack down on the crazy people.
The pharmacy was cited for "failing to provide appropriate pharmaceutical care to a patient." Penalties could include a fine, reprimand or revocation of the pharmacy's license.
In February, a judge recommended that a Roman Catholic pharmacist in Wisconsin be reprimanded and required to attend ethics classes after the pharmacist blocked a woman's attempt to fill a prescription for birth control pills in 2002.

See, now that's why you are certifiably insane. You think the day after inception there is a child to kill. It's a few cells mingling together.
In fact, some Christian freak pharmacists are refusing to dispense oral contraceptives to prevent conception in the first place. Isn't that a little absurd?
Well, more than a little.. say it with me everyone - That's bat-shit-crazy! woooooo
