The internet must die

Our man DeLay continues his offensive (in more ways than one) on the judiciary. He's one stupid nitwit that never seems to learn.

"Absolutely. We've got Justice Kennedy writing decisions based upon international law, not the Constitution of the United States? That's just outrageous," DeLay told Fox News Radio. "And not only that, but he said in session that he does his own research on the Internet? That is just incredibly outrageous."

Well, now - typical Christian fundi point of view. We need to seal up our borders and not consider the evolution of thinking outside our own little freaky-religious part of the world.

Indeed, an important component of Christianity is ignorance. I mean, when you base your thinking on a big huge pile of horseshit, you can't get people to worship horseshit if they know it stinks. Therefore, the man holding his nose has to be kicked out of the village.

Democrats phrase the retort so much more eloquently than I do.. I call them insane shit-for-brains in need of large doses of throazine. A democratic leader would phrase it as:

"Has the Internet become the devil's workshop?" said Dick Durbin of Illinois, the Senate's No. 2 Democrat. "Is it some infernal machine now that needs to be avoided by all right-thinking Americans? What is Mr. DeLay trying to say, as he is stretching to lash out at judges who happen to disagree with his political point of view."
Well now. Mr. DeLay has declared the Internet to be Satan's Hollow. This will make arguing with freepers even easier than it is now, because they are no longer allowed to research anything on the net to try and support their views.

How nice! Thanks!
