Speaking of Engrish

I just had lunch with a co-worker at the Rice Boxx. It's sort of an upscale Chinese fast food place. The food is really good though. I couldn't decide if I wanted chrikin flied lice, or the breef with brockery.

Question to ponder: Why does every Chinese restaurant employ Mexican cooks, but Mexican restaurants don't employ Chinese cooks?
