Chimpy learns a lesson

chimpy

This from the President of the United States - the most powerful man of the most powerful nation ever to exist on this planet.

"I don't know if you'd call it a regret, but it certainly is a lesson that a president must be mindful of, that the words that you sometimes say. ... I speak plainly sometimes, but you've got to be mindful of the consequences of the words. So put that down. I don't know if you'd call that a confession, a regret, something."
What was that in reference to? Comments like this..

On July 2, 2003, two months after he had declared an end to major combat in Iraq, Bush promised U.S. forces would stay until the creation of a free government there. To those who would attack U.S. forces in an attempt to deter that mission, Bush said, "My answer is, Bring 'em on."
Looks like they brought it, eh? 1300+ dead American's later, and Bush is now thinking maybe he used a poor choice of words.

For god's sake, he's the President of the United States! He's just now realizing the words he uses have a huge impact? It's one thing that he can't correctly pronounce most words he uses. Have you ever heard him say "nuclear"? It comes out "nukular". It's quite another when he chooses to antagonize the rest of the world with his gun-slinging, John Wayne, rhetoric.

When is everyone going to wake up and realize people are dead because of this man. A lot of them.

Can you imagine if Bush was the President during the Cuban missile crises? This world wouldn't exist.

There is no doubt in my mind that Bush is the biggest idiot to ever have been "elected" (*cough*fl*cough*) to the White House. I'm not talking about making stupid policy decisions. I'm talking pure intellect. How can people not be totally embarrassed to hear him speak, when he can barely get the words out? Listen to a speech from Reagan, or Clinton, or Kennedy or FDR, or on and on. Then listen to Bush. Heck, listen to Tony Blair if you want to hear someone speak eloquently, and with distinction. Better yet, compare spontaneous remarks between these men. Bush can barely read from a teleprompter. His spontaneous remarks are worse..

Once again, the problem is the dumbing down of America. There are really people in this country who look up to Bush's intellect. That's because they are dumber than he is.

Now watch this drive...
