A harrowing account of a journalist detained after the riots in Iran. It really does remind me of Orwell's 1984. Instead of the all-powerful nation state, it's the religious order that is Big Brother. Destroy Islam, and you destroy the Fascism of the Iranian state.
The idea that the Iranian culture can be changed by bombing them into submission is ridiculous. At the heart of it all.. is money.. and sex, just as it is here.
